The Brief

ISO Spaces, an award winning company are breaking new ground nationally with the reuse of shipping containers for living, working and retail space.
The problem was that as a start-up company and with everything growing as quickly as it did for them, their marketing was largely carried out, sporadically in-house including their website design and any other form of marketing.  With a massive growth spurt in the business and more success, ISO Spaces approached us to help them move their marketing forwards.

Our Solution

We needed to get the big picture, understand the problems, the market, and the competition and make sure that we came up with a solution that kept them in control of their own destiny, something very important to them.

Audit

First off, we carried out an extensive audit which covered all areas of their online presence including:

  • Website review (content, structure, security, responsiveness)
  • Analytics review (tracking, goals, correct setup
  • SEO (current standing, top keywords, keyword research)
  • Competitor analysis (who else competing on same keywords and their marketing activities)
  • Communications (social, email and events)

This audit gave us a very good picture of where any issues were and what work was needed to get them to where they wanted to be.

Website

The website design and content was good, but the structure was not, they had little control and the site was not secure. It sat in a bespoke content management system and so we took all the stuff they loved and we moved it in to a new, secure CMS that gave them back full control over all of their content.

SEO

Keyword research showed us that there were some quick wins to be had and this was built into the new site structure. Keyword search volume highlighted some more areas that could be focussed on to drive more traffic and have more visibility in the search engines for relevant searches.

Analytics

The analytics account that was created was not in the ownership of ISO Spaces and they wanted to take back control of this, we resolved this and gave them back control. We also configured analytics correctly enabling their internal team to utilise all of the features available when reporting.

Email Marketing Integration

We integrated the website and the email marketing system to allow for simple email sign up and direct data transfer

Google Adwords (PPC)

We analysed their ongoing PPC campaigns and advised on tweaks and changes, as well as new campaigns ideas.

Ongoing marketing support

We provide ISO Spaces with ongoing marketing consultancy as well as maintenance and support services.

Results

Google organic search traffic – up 52%

Contact form completions (leads) – up 70%

Contact form conversion rate – up 35%
